ANNUAL ELLSWORTH/ATWOOD PIG ROAST “Tiny Town, Huge Heart”
The Pig Roast tradition continues! This 38th Year’s event will take place on Friday night, June 15th and Saturday, June 16th.
Friday evening will include a Mexican dinner, a Paddle Antrim Cruise, a basketball shoot-out, a water slide for children, an ice cream social, an outdoor family movie, and a benefit concert, featuring Horton Creek.
Saturday will feature events all day long, beginning at 8 a.m. and concluding with the fireworks display at around 10 p.m. The pancake breakfast, the 5K run, our hometown parade, a craft show, the dunk tank, a great meal, and lots of games and other attractions await the public.
The event is still being planned, so there are many opportunities for input and volunteering. Our meetings are held every Thursday evening during the month of May at the Banks Township Hall in Ellsworth, at 6 p.m. If you are interested in getting involved, but cannot attend a meeting, please e-mail us at email@example.com, or leave a message on our Facebook page, ”Annual Ellsworth/Atwood Pig Roast/”
