The Crawford County Veteran’s Service Office will be hosting a coffee hour on the second Thursday of each month. The first meeting will take place at The American Legion Post #106 in Grayling, on March 8, 2018 from 9:00am-10:am. Coffee, tea, and doughnuts will be provided free of charge. This is an event for Veterans to meet and talk with each other, about anything that comes to mind. It will be held in a social setting with no formal speeches or agenda. All Veterans are welcome whether they served in peacetime or wartime. For more information, contact the Veteran’s Service Office at 989-344-3861.

The 7th Annual Mike Wieland Tribute Ski Race Fundraiser at Hanson Hills in Grayling. Mike Wieland coached
Grayling High School Varsity Ski Team for over 40 years and is a member of Michigan Ski Racing Hall of Fame.
His record includes individual Stae and Regiona Championships, Team Rehional Championships and
numerous team and individual State Qualifiers. All whil call Hanson Hills home.

Races start at 1:30pm
Cost: $30 for 19 and up and $10 for 18 and under, Cost does include a lift ticket and pot luck

Traverse City, Mich. Parallel 45 Theatre will present a high-energy adaptation of the classic children’s book Go, Dog. Go! on Sunday, Mar. 4 at City Opera House in Traverse City. Everyone’s favorite dogs come to life in this theatrical experience inspired by P.D. Eastman’s classic and adapted by Allison Gregory and Steven Dietz.
Go, Dog. Go! will be performed at City Opera House, 106 E. Front Street, Traverse City, Mich. 49684. Performances are Sunday, Mar. 4 at 1:30 pm & 4 pm. Go, Dog. Go! tickets can be purchased by calling

Tickets are $14.50. Groups of 10 or more save 10 percent. The show runs approximately 60 minutes and is suitable for ages 3 and up.
Saving Snow is a film about the impacts of warmingwinters on communities and businesses.
