Ice Wine Harvest Fest/Chateau Chantal

  Events range from snowman building, ice bowling & ice sculpting to outdoor fire pits with roasted treats.

  The winerys walking trail will be open for snowshoeing or skiing with a scavenger hunt & prizes.  There

  will also be a multi-course Ice Wine education dinner on Sat., including a tour of the cellar & winemaking

  process.  Entrance to the festival is FREE, with a fee to sample & attend the wine dinner.

"SHow Me the Money Day" Petoskey Middle School

  Northern Homes CDC and Char-Em United Way announce that the First Annual Show Me the Money Day

  Emmet County.  This event will connect participants with numberous resources to help them achieve

  financial stability through savings, education, enterpreneurship and homeownership opportunites.

  The Manna Food Project will be in attendance providing information and handing out fruit to attendees.

  They will also provide information and laptop access to My Free Taxes, a free tax filing website through

  H&R Block.  The event also features a cooking on a budget workshop, free tax assistance, prizes, and

  childrens activities.  The event is still open for any financial or human services organizations that would

  like to participate.
