Collection starts Monday, Oct. 9!

Winter is upon us again!

For many Northern Michigan families it’s a tough time of the year – most families have outgrown their winter coats from last year. This time of year can be an added struggle for so many parents who are working their hardest to provide the basic necessities for their children.

Unfortunately, hundreds of kids and parents won’t have a proper coat to fight off the cold of winter. That’s why Q100 and Y101 is teaming up with Builders First Choice, formerly ProBuild, for the Share the Warmth Coat Drive. We’re asking that you check your closets for new or like new coats that may just be taking up space. Please drop off any extra coats, or gloves from October 9th thru December 17th to one of the Salvation Army’s Northern Michigan locations.

A drop off box is also located at the studios of Q100 and Y101 in Grayling, and at Builders First Choice, formerly ProBuild, locations throughout Northern Michigan.  You can make a difference in the life of a family in our area.  It’s your chance to be a hero. Share the warmth.
