Take a Selfie doing any type of physical activity, like walking the dog or taking the stairs, shoveling, dancing, or any physical activity at all and go to the Q100, Jabo's Morning Jams or McLaren Northern Michigan Facebook page and comment your picture to the Get Up and Move Pinned Post and automatically be registered to win a $250 gift certificate!  And be sure to like the page too!

We encourage everyone to join us and GET UP & MOVE for five minutes!  Plus if you post a picture of yourself up and moving anytime on February 14th you will qualify for the Shanty Creek overnight stay and ski lift passes for two!
