Celebrate Recovery has begun at the Grayling Free Methodist Church on Tuesday nights at 6pm. Come and share your Hurts, Habits and Hangups with others who deal with the same problems. A snack is served before the meeting and then worship with songs, lessons and testimonies. Come and see if you would benefit from these wonderful get-togethers!!

The Charlevoix Commission on Aging and the Veteran’s Affairs office invite all Veterans to please join them every Tuesday for a Veteran’s Social beginning at 9am and FREE Lunch for Veteran’s beginning at 11:30a!   Veterans can contact the Charlevoix County Transit for FREE rides to and from the Senior Centers hosting the weekly event by calling 231-582-6900!

On Tuesday, July 24th, join us for an incredibly fun Low Country Boil benefiting Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church's Bell Tower Fundraiser! Tickets are $15 presale for groups of eight or more, $17 presale individual, or $20 at the door and includes a generous helping of Low Country Boil (a one-pot feast brimming with tasty shrimp, sweet corn, smoky sausage, and tender potatoes) served up with buttery cornbread, drink, and a summery fruit crumble for dessert. Live music and lawn games make this a spectacular family friendly event you don't want to miss! Hourly seatings from 4pm to 7pm at Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church located at 400 Michigan Ave right in the heart of downtown Grayling. Cornhole is being held Tuesday, July 24th at 5:45pm. We will take experts or novices to join us rain or shine. Everyone is welcome to come and play. This is a free event. Join us from 4:30pm to 5:30pm for a Cranberry Chicken Dinner. Those 60 years of age and over dinner is a suggested donation of $3.00. Those under 60 the cost is $5.00. The Crawford County Commission on Aging & Senior Center is located at 308 Lawndale St., Grayling.
